- If required, we can meet prospective occupiers at your property, to show the accommodation on your behalf.
- Letting and Property Management service, which in addition to all of the above also includes liaising directly between landlord and occupier, dealing with all property maintenance issues on behalf of and under instruction of the owner. Obtaining quotes and organising work — from full refurbishment to general ongoing maintenance.
