The best way to make sure you are the first to know of any new accommodation, is by registering with us, through this website.

We’ll email you new properties that match your search, as soon as we know when they will be available.

Yes, we’re very familiar with Jersey local residential qualifications for Qualified or Unqualified, Registered, Licenced and Entitled statuses.

Just get in touch, and we’ll work through all the things you need, and property lettings available to you.

Deposits are usually one calendar month’s rent, and are held in compliance with the Jersey Deposit Protection Scheme.

Once everything is in place for both the landlord and tenant, we’ll make a final inspection for everyone’s records before you move in. Again, we’ll do the same on moving out, and mediate any expectations for repairs and return of deposits.
