Occasionally we have houses/flats that are available while the owners go on extended holidays.These usually can be rented for three to six months and often suit people working here on short term contracts or local people who are between houses or are renovating their homes.However these can be sourced very randomly as most lets are available on a minimum of a one year lease
Currently we have a large traditional Jersey farm house available for short lets from September 2017 .Minimum of a month maximum of 6 months.This will accommodate a couple or a large family.
